With Google, or with your email address. There's no password. We email you a sign-in link.
Yes. The demo runs without signing up, with a limit of 2 brands, 3 documents and 10 AI edits. Exporting and sharing need an account, and anything you make in the demo moves across when you sign up.
Word files and PDFs, or import from Notion and Google Drive. Spreadsheets attach as reference data for charts, and images go to your photo library. Files can be up to 10 MB each.
Choose "Keep original" when you create the document. The default option, Adapt, rewrites your draft into polished copy, so pick Keep original whenever the wording already matters.
Length settings are guides rather than exact page counts, so treat them as a target. Exports cap at 40 pages for PDF and 60 slides for PowerPoint.
Yes. Undo and redo cover everything, including AI edits. Version history also keeps timestamped versions you can preview and restore.
No. Charts and photos are placed when a document is first generated. You can edit, convert, or replace the ones already there, but to add a new chart, regenerate the document from a draft that includes the data.
Documents export as PDF. Presentations export as PowerPoint, PDF or images. Select several documents in your library to export them together as one zip.
No. When you invite someone, they get view or comment access, so the document stays yours. Commenters leave requests against the page, and you apply them with Fix.
Only you, unless you share them. Your documents are private by default and encrypted in transit and at rest. Share links can be removed at any time.
No. Your content goes to the AI providers only to create your document, and their APIs don't train on it.
In Drive, only the files you pick, at the moment you import them. In Notion, only the pages you chose to share. You can disconnect either one at any time.
Gridset uses Google's Gemini models for generating and designing documents, with Anthropic's Claude models as a fallback if there's an outage. Your content is sent to those providers only to create your document.
Images come from Pexels, chosen to match the imagery style in your brand kit. If you'd rather not use stock photography at all, you can turn it off for a brand.
You can view and read documents on a phone, including shared links. Creating and editing are desktop features.
